TEDX Torino, February 10th, 2019: Cell Melodies: New Perspectives for Regenerative Medicine

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLuX271nCDg

Our cells, including stem cells, continuously oscillate, producing mechanical, sometimes acoustic, electrical and light signals. The cells are also able to "feel" these signals, as a sort of code capable of changing their destiny. We can channel mechanical vibrations and light in order to activate stem cells in every tissue of the body, stimulating our potential for self-healing: a regenerative medicine no longer based on cell transplantation. Sound, color and movement have always been the tools of our artistic expression: Art can speak to the deepest dynamics of our biology.
