Carlo Corcione

Carlo Corcione is a lawyer whose teaching and research activities focus on maritime and transport law. He holds a PhD in Maritime and Transport Law from City St George’s, University of London, where he also serves as a Visiting Lecturer. He holds teaching appointments at Italian and international universities and regularly participates in seminars and conferences in Italy and abroad.

He has successfully secured several research appointments through competitive selection procedures for projects promoted by Italian universities.

His research focuses primarily on maritime and transport law, particularly third-party protection, the digitalisation of transport documents, space law, and the legal aspects of sustainability and emerging technologies applied to mobility and transport. He is the author of monographs and numerous contributions published in Italian and international academic journals.
