Positions availables

The research Group in Atmospheric Physics is always looking for students (MSc and PhD) and PostDocs interested in  working in a vibrant, multidisciplinary, and cutting-edge environment where the physics of atmospheric processes, meteorology, and climatology intersect and converge towards new research frontiers.

The group coordinates and is part of numerous EU projects, collaborating on a multitude of scientific aspects and challenges with many leading international research centres. Methodologies and core expertise of the group range from climatological and meteorological numerical simulation to computational fluid dynamics at the smallest scale, including the simulation of individual buildings or infrastructures. Numerics is complemented by a well-equipped experimental measurement laboratory and long lasting remote sensing activities.

Regardless of your main background (mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or climate science), do not hesitate to contact me to find out what positions are currently available and planned to open up in the near future.
