Short Bio

Dietitian and PhD in Clinical and Experimental Medicine, she is a Research Fellow at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences of the University of Bologna. She currently focuses on assessing the nutritional impact and sustainability of dietary models, with particular reference to the integration of alternative proteins into European diets.
