Beatrice Fraboni

BF is a Full Professor of Physics, holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bologna, a Master in Microelectronics  from the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) and a Master in Science and Technology of Semiconductors from the University of Parma.  In 2000 she joined the Faculty of Physics at the University of Bologna. Since 2024 she is elected member of the Senate of the University of Bologna. She served as the Director of the Collegio Superiore of the University of Bologna (2019-2024).Her research activity focuses on the analysis and characterization of the electrical transport properties of organic and inorganic semiconducting materials and of advanced (bio)electronic devices. She coordinates national and international research projects, published over 200 papers in international refereed journals and holds 15 patents. Go to the Curriculum vitae
