Beatrice Biondi has a background in economics and statistics and holds a PhD in Agricultural and Food Economics and Policy.
Her main research interests include consumer behaviour analysis using discrete choice models, the application of quasi-experimental methods to evaluate food and health policies, and demand analysis using micro-level data.
She has participated in several national and European research projects on consumer behaviour, food and nutrition policies, sustainable food systems, and the promotion of healthier lifestyles, including GOLDFINCH, COMFOCUS, PEN, FIT4FOOD2030, and Food Crossing District.
She was visiting researcher at the Marketing and Consumer Bahaviour Group of Wageningen University (NL).
