Born in Milan - Italy (Nov. 16th, 1964).

Education:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine at University of Bologna “summa cum laude".
  • Licence to practice obtained in Italy with the State Examination at the University of Bologna in 1996.
  • Doctorship in “Citochimica ed istocihimica comparata in ambito animale” (Compared cytochemistry and histochemistry in animal area) - University of Perugia.

Professional Experiences:

From 01.10.2000 to 14.9.2014 - Researcher at Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences, Anatomy service – University of Bologna.

Since 15.9.2014 - Associate professor at Department of  Veterinary Medical Sciences - University of Bologna.

  • Preliminary studies for the installation of a novel magnetic device to prevent gastro-esophageal reflux, faecal and urinary incontinence.
  • Topographical anatomy of the pulmonary veins in dog, cat, horse, ferret, rabbit. guinea pig.
  • Anatomy of the jejunal arteries in dogs and cats.
