Thesis request

Before asking me for a thesis supervision, I do advise you to look at the thesis guidelines in the page of your course.

Once students have checked the guidelines, they are invited to contact me by email to schedule a first meeting (onine or in person) to discuss a thesis project, stating clearly in the text of the email their degree and cycle and, if the students has an idea already, the expected time of thesis submission.

Ideally, the email already contains a short draft of the argoment proposed for the thesis (200 to 300 words). During the first meeting we will brainstorm and consider the feasibility of the thesis and the timing, as well as the methodology and the congruence of the project with my own expertise.

If the project is deemed feasible, the student will develop a research proposal (students will receive a detailed explanation on that), which is a small outline of all parts of the thesis.

I encourage all students to contact me well before their expected graduation date, so that we have time to brainstorm and figure out the best thesis topic and related methods.

Remember: when uploading a thesis, it needs to have been checked thoroughly by the supervisor, and you need to my formal approval. This means that all the chapters, and the final version of the thesis, should be sent to me beforehand.

To allow me to read the thesis properly, it is advisable that all parts of the thesis are completed two months before the date of the final discussion.

Once you have received all the chapters with final corrections from your supervisor, and after making the appropriate changes, the student wil send me the final version of the thesis )from cover page to bibliography AT LEAST 15 days before the submission date.
