Summary of professional activity
Currently research fellow in Comparative Public Law at the University of Florence, Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna, where she teaches Human Rights and Regional Law (module 2) and teaching assistant in the course “law – module 2 (public law)” at the University “L. Bocconi” of Milan.
She has obtained the PhD degree in Public Law (SSD IUS/09), University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara.
Her main lines of research concern the areas of Constitutional Law, Comparative Public Law and Law and Economics. In particular, her research activity concerns relations among legal systems, with particular reference to the Council of Europe system, the protection of rights from a national, supranational and comparative perspective, social rights and lobbying regulation, as well as the legal profiles of the European Central Bank and the relationships between “technique” and “politics”.
National Scientific qualification: Has achieved the National Scientific qualification as associate professor in the Italian higher education system, in the call 2021/2023 for the disciplinary field of 12/C1 - Constitutional law (validity of the qualification: 01/12/2023 – 01/12/2034).

- Master of Studies: European Law and Governance School, Athens (Grecia) [13.10.2020 - 15.02.2023] - In the academic year 2020/2021, has attended the Master of Studies of the European Law and Governance School (ELGS), an International University School of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), based in Athens. On February, 15, 2023, has obtained the Master of Studies degree, discussing a thesis on the topic “The role of the European Central Bank in time of crises” (supervisor Prof. Katerina Lagaria) with “Excellent research work” rating by the International Examining Board.
- PhD in Public Law: University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara.01.11.2016 – 31.10.2019: PhD student with scholarship at the University of Studies “G. d’Annunzio”, Chieti-Pescara. PhD Program in “Business, Institutions, Markets,” XXXII cycle. On April, 24, 2020, has obtained the PhD degree, discussing the PhD thesis entitled: “The protection of savings between Eu law and national law. The problem of the supervision and resolution of banking crises”.
Graduation
Graduated in law (LMG/01) at University of Bologna on December, 3, 2015, with a thesis in Fundamental Rights, entitled: “Integrated system of protection of human rights and relations between domestic and ECHR systems.” Supervisor: Prof. Luca Mezzetti. Final grade: 110/110 cum laude.

How the regulation (or lack of regulation) of groups of interests affects the implementation of social, cultural, environmental and digital rights. An evidence-basis analysis of comparative law”. - PEBC [6.06.2023 – 31.05.2024]: Since June 6, 2023 member of the research team of the project “Parliaments and Central Banks: Separation or Interaction?” (PEBC), a research project sponsored by the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence, funded by the Bank of Italy and also supported by the CESIFIN-Alberto Predieri Foundation (P.I. Prof. Renato Ibrido). Project end date: May 31, 2024.
- PRIN 2017: From March 1, 2020, participant in PRIN 2017 “The essential, and competitive, role of specialized courts and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in financial law as a precondition for the attainment of socially desirable levels of public and private enforcement.
