Information about the Written Exam for Non-attending students in the June/July/September exam sessions

Non-attending students are advised that both the Crime & Insecurity exam and the Transnational Complex Crimes exam in the June/July/September exam sessions will consist of a written test lasting approximately 40-45 minutes, comprising (a few) multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions. The open-ended questions might ask students to frame an international security and international criminology issue (in the case of TCC related to drug trafficking) using the theories and approaches covered in the course. Students might be asked to offer a brief expert commentary after reading a short scenario/description of the facts. The topic will be taken from one of the book chapters.

The exam will be on Virtuale and will be marked on the spot before the oral exam.
