Since 2010: Tenured Professor of Air Law at the University of Bologna, where she lectures in Air Law and on Introduction to Company Law. She coordinates the School in Aviation Management.


Since 2001: Associate Professor of Air Law at the University of Bologna.
Also lecturing on Introduction to Company Law.

Since 2003: Member of the Scientific Board for the Masters in Aviation Sciences and Flight Security. Responsible for the juridical component of the Masters.

Since 2003: Professor for the Masters in Competition and Regulation in Public Utilities - Università Tor Vergata of Rome.

PRINCIPAL WORK EXPERIENCE
Since 1988, Practising lawyer. Since 1996, Partner of the law firm Zunarelli e Associati: juridical work before national and European Community courts. Also legal consultant for enterprises, public institutions and private companies, especially with regards to:
► Civil and commercial law, business contracts, cooperation among enterprises;
► Antitrust (monopolies, state-aid) and market regulations (including privatisation and liberalization of public services, especially regarding airports, transportation and postal services);
► Air, maritime and logistics law, also a consultant for enterprises operating both nationally and internationally, for public institutions, and for private and public businesses, local institutions operating in infrastructure management, especially in port and airport management.
► Administrative law (contracts and activities of the public administration, public tenders); consultant for local and national institutions.
Consultant for a Ministry for Transportation committee to draw up the ‘Piano Generale dei Trasporti in Italia' (The new Italian transportation project).

Since 2003 a member of the Technical-Juridical-Economic Committee of ENAC (Ente Nazionale dell'Aviazione Civile)

Since 2003 participation in drawing up a reform in Air Law in the Italian ‘Codice della Navigazione', Transport Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

A member of the advisory committe of Steercargo, Steering Group for the development of Air cargo.
