Anisa Bardhi

A PhD student at the Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences since 2022, she conducts her research in the field of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology. The focus of her research is on the development and validation of innovative analytical methods in LC-MS/MS for the quantification of drugs, contaminants, and endogenous molecules in animal biological fluids, such as plasma, serum, seminal plasma, urine, and breast milk, as well as in inorganic matrices. Currently, she is collaborating with colleagues at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the University of Bologna on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies, confirming endocrinological or nephrological diagnoses, and therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of antibiotics in animal species.
