Angela Montanari

Angela Montanari is a Lecturer in Business Administration and Organization at the University of Bologna and teaches Finance and Strategic Control in executive programs at BBS – Bologna Business School and other leading business schools, delivering courses for master’s and advanced programs, also in English. She is a business economist with extensive experience in strategy, finance, governance, planning and control, with particular expertise in strategic control systems, understood as sets of tools, metrics and feedback mechanisms supporting decision-making and performance measurement. Over the course of her career, she has held senior roles in administration, finance and control in both multinational and domestic contexts. Her work focuses on the development of organizational structures and planning and control systems, with particular attention to the integration of strategic objectives, financial performance and risk management, within a systemic and continuous improvement perspective.
