Angela is Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Department of Legal Studies, University of Bologna, with a research project on “Platforms and online dispute resolution: a comparative analysis”, co-funded by the Institute for Legal Informatics and Judicial Systems of the Italian National Research Council (IGSG - CNR);
Angela holds Master Degree in Law from the University of Bologna, an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution from King's College, London and a PhD in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Bologna. She has been admitted to the Bar in November 2021 (Court of Appeal of Bologna).
Her research interests focus on arbitration law, also in the comparative perspective, on a.d.r. and on online dispute resolution. Angela has been Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law (Scholarship 2022).
Angela is member of the research team of the Jean Monnet Module EU.C.L.I.D.E. EUROPEAN CONTRACT LAW IN DIGITAL ENVIRONMENTS FOR CITIZENS EMPOWERMENT, coordinated by Prof. Chiara Alvisi.
