Angela Maria Felicetti

• Appointed member of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman of the Bank of Italy.

Angela's research interests focus on arbitration law, also in the comparative perspective, on a.d.r. and on online dispute resolution.

Angela holds Master Degree in Law from the University of Bologna, an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution from King's College, London and a PhD in Civil Procedural Law from the University of Bologna. She has been admitted to the Bar in November 2021 (Court of Appeal of Bologna). Angela was awarded her PhD in June 2023 and she has been Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law (Scholarship 2022).
