Work experience:

 

2022 - Today: Ph.D student in Automotive Engineering for Intelligent Mobility at the Department of Industrial Engineering (DIN) of the University of Bologna. Carries out his research activities in the field of energy systems, powertrains and vehicle performance. In particular, he focuses on modeling, testing and controlling propulsion systems for sustainable mobility, mainly based on using hydrogen as fuel.

During his research activity, he also acts as a graduate assistant during exams for the following bachelor's and master's courses:

Education:

2023: Earns the qualification to practice the profession of Industrial Engineer during the first session of 2023 at the University of Bologna with a final mark of 60/60.

2022: Wins the call for the admission to the Ph.D course of the 38th cycle - A.Y. 2022/2023 with scholarships funded by Next Generation EU - NRRP (ex D.M. 351/2022 and D.M. 352/2022) at the Department of Industrial Engineering (DIN) of the University of Bologna.

Ph.D course in Automotive Engineering for Intelligent Mobility

2022: Earns the Master's Degree cum Laude in Advanced Automotive Engineering (curriculum in Advanced Powertrain - Bologna) (LM-33) at the interuniversity course MUnER, in the universities of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Bologna.

Master's Thesis in Internal Combustion Engines titled: “Analysis and evaluation of the accuracy of performance experimental measurements in a test cell for a high-performance single-cylinder engine”, carried out at the Engine Testing facility of HPE Coxa, Modena (MO).

2019: Earns the Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (L-09) at the School of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Bologna with a final mark of 108/110.

Bachelor's thesis in Mechanical Drives T titled: “Design of an actuation system for a cable-driven planar parallel robot”, carried out at the Mechanical Laboratory of the Department of Industrial Engineering (DIN) of the University of Bologna.

2016: Earns the scientific high-school Diploma at Liceo Scientifico "A. Righi" of Bologna with a final mark of 100/100.
