PhD student in the 38th Cycle (PNRR), his research focuses on optimizing the post-harvest management of kiwifruit, with particular attention to the development of innovative technologies and tools to improve fruit quality. His interests include: the selection and use of beneficial microorganisms, the study of the effect of light on the coloration of red-fleshed kiwifruit, non-destructive evaluation of quality parameters through Near Infrared (NiR) spectroscopy, and the analysis of the volatilome for identifying storage-related physiopathologies.
