Obtained his Master’s degree in Plant and Microbial Biotechnology from the University of Pisa in 2017 and completed his PhD in Biotechnology at the University of Verona in 2021. Since 2022, he has been conducting research at the University of Bologna in the field of agricultural chemistry.
His scientific activity focuses on the study of fertilizers derived from different matrices, both organic (digestates, livestock residues) and synthetic, with particular attention to nanomaterials and nanofertilizers. His research lines include the analysis of soil–fertilizer interactions, the assessment of soil fertility through chemical and biochemical indicators, and the investigation of plant bioavailability of nutrients and trace elements.
He is involved in national and international research projects, including collaborations with foreign universities such as ADA University (Azerbaijan).
