Curriculum vitae

In 2013, he graduated from the School of Law of the University of Bologna with 110/110 cum laude. In the same year he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in International Tax Law from King's College of London.

He has a PhD in European Tax Law from the University of Bologna. During the PhD course, he has carried out several activities of coordination of events and conferences of a national and European nature, has participated in study and research seminars and has carried out teaching aid activities, as well as collaborating with scientific journals.

He regularly carries out  research in the field of law and new technology and internet law. Elective field of research is the study of the legal implications of the diffusion of artificial intelligence systems in the production of goods and in the provision of services, with specific regard to the obligations and responsibilities of producers, developers and users of such systems from a civil law and regulatory point of view. He has authored several publications on the subject and speaks at conferences and seminars.

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
