2001-2004: PhD student in History of Contemporary Societies at the University of Turin. Awarded PhD with full marks on March 30th, 2004. Phd thesis title: Industria, valute, armamenti. Il Ministero per gli scambi e le valute e la politica economica del fascismo (supervisors: Daniela Adorni, Brunello Mantelli, Dora Marucco, Paride Rugafiori)

2000: Faculty of Humanities, University of Rome “La Sapienza” (Italy), Degree in Philosophy, 110/110 cum laude. Dissertation in Contemporary History. Thesis title: Fra economia di mercato e Stato corporativo. Il Consiglio nazionale delle corporazioni 1930-1934 (supervisor Giovanni Sabbatucci)
