Teaching Activity

Lecturer of Transport Phenomena, Thermodynamics, Fundamental of Process Engineering at the bacherlor’s level a the School of Chemical Engineering. Lecturer of the course Food and Bioprocess Technology at the master’s level a the Scholl of Chemical Engineering and Industrial Processes. Invited lecture and seminars at national and international Universities.

He has co-supervised the internship and thesis of several students enrolled to the bachelor and master degree in Chemical Engineering, Wine Technology, Food Science and Technology, Veterinary.

Scientific Activity

He has published more than 40 scientific articles in peer reviewed international journals. He is co-inventors of 2 patents. He has presented (poster, oral and key note) to 9 scientific meeting.

Award

Finalist of the Intellectual Property Award 2021, Dubai EXPO2020, with the patent 102017000098045 "Methods for food Pasteurization ".

Finalist of the Emerging Technology Competition 2021 organizzato dalla Royal Society of Chemistry.

He obtained two “Seal of Excellence" for grant proposals.

Winner of the best project "SMART AGRIFOOD" FSE 2018 by Regione Veneto during the meeting "Il Fondo Sociale Europeo Nella Ricerca Scientifica: Nuovo Bando, Premiazioni Dei Progetti 2018 e Buone Pratiche"
