Doctor Alessandra Lami graduated with honors from Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna in 2017 and later graduated in Gynecology and Obstetrics School. Since the early years of her studies, she has collaborated in clinical and research activities in the field of Gynecology, with a particular focus on issues related to Endocrinological Gynecology. In her professional journey, she specialized in contraception, hormonal disorders in adolescence and fertile age, gender incongruence, menopause, and urogynecology. Currently, she works as a Research Fellow at the IRCCS Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria S.Orsola-Malpighi in Bologna, where she is involved in both clinical and research activities in the Department of Gynecology and Pathophysiology of Human Reproduction, directed by Prof. Renato Seracchioli. She has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences, contributes to the development of Advanced Training Courses in Endocrinological Gynecology and is the author of scientific publications in international journals indexed on PubMed.
