Scientific and professional informations
He graduated in Law at the University of Bologna on 22 June 1993
with a degree in Private Law , entitled "The implementation of
monetary obligations".
- Lawyer since 1996 , he operates in the most important areas
of civil and commercial law, mainly focusing on Law of Succession,
Contracts (with particular regard to business contracts: Supply,
Distribution, Mediation and Agency) , Protection of assets, Trusts,
Law company (choice of business model, acquisition of companies and
businesses, constitutions and corporate restructuring , LBOs and
other corporate finance transactions ), Transactions .
- In the academic year 2000/2001, he was admitted to the
Research Doctorate in Civil Law at the University of Bologna
(sixteenth cycle , serial no. 4633). On 12 March 2004 he was
awarded a Ph.D. with honors in Civil Law at the Faculty of Legal
Sciences of the University of Bologna ( Title of thesis: " The acts
of ordinary and extraordinary administration in private law
").
- In the academic year 2003/2004, he has been Adjunct
Professor in the course "Sports law ". In the academic year
2004/2005, he was Professor of Civil Law.
- On 14 June 2005, he was placed first in the competition based on
qualifications and exam to obtain a post-doctoral research
fellowship lasting two years at the University of Bologna, Area
Science legal, political , Economics and Statistics .
- From 2005 to 2008, he taught Civil Law at the School of
specialization in the legal profession " E. Redenti " in Bologna,
conducting classes in the field of civil liability .
- On 22 September 2008, he was ranked first in the competition
based on qualifications and exam to obtain a two-year research
fellowship at the University of Parma, Faculty of Law, Department
of Law of the University of Parma ( title of research : "The
ineffectiveness in private law ").
Since 2009, he is the holder of the Succession Law course at the
School of specialization in the legal profession " E. Redenti " in
Bologna .
- He has lectured in the field of training for lawyers, notaries,
accountants and lawyers of business, for over a thousand hours of
instruction.
- He is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal
“Contrat5to e impresa†since January 2009.
- In the years 2000-2008 he conducted research abroad , committed
to deepening the subjects of monographs, published in those years,
at the University of Pau and Bayonne ( France) , Madrid and
Pamplona (Spain). Foreign languages ​​spoken: English, French,
Spanish, Portuguese.
- In 2010, he was declared fit for Competition Associate Professor,
sector 01 IUS - Private Law at the Faculty of Law, University of
Milan Bicocca.
- Since 2013, he is Associate Professor, sector 01 IUS - Private
Law at the Department of Law of the University of Bologna.
Awards for scientific activity
In 2004 he was the winner of the prize Anassilaos Young (2004 ) for
Research , awarded at the headquarters of the Region of Calabria,
Reggio Calabria, September 18, 2004 .
On 22 June 2011 he won the XX edition of the " International Award
" International Association of C3 , given to him by the Mayor of
Rome Protomoteca in the hall of the Capitol.
From 1 January 2012, he is Scientific Director of the Master
and the Master IPSOA Altalex dedicated to the Law of succession
.
From 1 January 2013, he is Scientific Director of the Master
Altalex Responsibility of the debtor and Protection of the
assets.
