Zhengzheng Luo is a PhD candidate – Future Earth, Climate Change and Societal Challenges (FRONTIERS) program at the University of Bologna (Italy).

She is a professional member of the Healthy Habitat Academic Committee of the Architectural Society of China.

She completed her Bachelor of Engineering studies at Chengdu University of Technology (China), School of Environmental and Civil Engineering.
She received her master's degree in engineering from the School of Architecture of Southwest Jiaotong University (China), with a master's thesis "RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BLOCK SPATIAL FORM AND CROWD TEMPORAL SPATIAL BEHAVIOR IN THE MAIN URBAN AREA OF LHASA BASED ON MULTI-SOURCE BIG DATA".

Her research interests include: citizen participation, adaptive climate design for neighborhoods, perception of behavior across time and space, GIS spatial analysis.
