Zhengyang Xu’s research focuses on the optimisation of urban green space planning to improve health and wellbeing, the promotion of environmental justice, and the development of sustainable eco-smart cities. In order to better understand the potential benefits of green spaces and the possible improvement of future urban plannings, the objective perception of residents and the subjective indexes calculated using GIS or ENVI will be combined in the research methods.
