Researcher at the University of Bologna since 2025, he conducts his research in the field of Economics of Smart and Sustainable Agricultural Technologies.

Education

He earned a degree in Agricultural Sciences from Tribhuvan University in 2015. In 2024, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Precise and Sustainable Agriculture from Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, with a thesis titled "Spatio-temporal Assessment of Irrigation Water Quality Dynamics in the Province of Bologna."

Professional Experience

From 2020 to 2021, he worked as a program manager at Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research, and Development in Nepal, focusing on technical interventions in agriculture, natural resource management, and social inclusion.
From 2016 to 2019, he served as a program manager at Shree Swanra Integrated Community Development Center (SSICDC) in Nepal, engaging in activities related to food security, income generation for marginalized farming communities, and monitoring development projects.
From 2015 to 2016, he conducted research as a volunteer at the Nepal Agriculture Research Council (NARC/NCARP), contributing to experiments and analyses on agricultural systems.

Skills

Expert in data analysis and visualization, spatial and temporal mapping (R, QGIS, Tableau). Skilled in experimental design, data collection, analysis, and publication.
