Vivek Jadhav is an international Ph.D. student in the Department of Vegetable Science and Urban Horticulture at the University of Bologna. His research is focused on the development of adaptive vertical farming systems for urban agriculture.
Qualification
He obtained his master's degree in International Horticulture Science at the University of Bologna, Italy (21/10/2022). Vivek earned his Bachelor's of Science in Horticulture (16/02/2020) at Dr. Balasaheb Sawant konkan krishi Vidyapeeth (Dapoli University), MH, India.
Abroad studies
He carried out his master's research thesis at CEBAS-CSIC, Murcia, Spain. In the department of Plant hormones group with a thesis entitled "Impact of gibberellin-altered rootstocks and mycorrhization capacity on physiological and agronomic responses to low phosphorus and salinity in tomato".
Award
He won a grant to study abroad for his final dissertation.
