Vincenzo Scarlato

Full professor at the University of Bologna since 2002, he carries out his research in the field of prokaryotic molecular biology. The research interests are aimed in particular at the understanding of transcriptional regulation in response to environmental changes/stresses (temperature, iron, nickel) in Helicobacter pylori and Neisseria meningitidis.
Engaged in national and international research projects, he collaborates with several European Institutes and is the author of numerous publications in international journals. Go to the Curriculum vitae
