Vincenzo Di Maria

With a BA degree in Industrial Design at ISIA Rome and a MA at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, Vincenzo has international working experience in the field of service design and social innovation. He collaborates with the POLI.design consortium at the Politecnico of Milan, the European Institute of Design IED Madrid, Inseec Business school in Paris, the Contamination Lab at the University of Catania and some other research institutions. He started his career as design researcher at the Design Against Crime Research Centre in London and in 2018 he was academic coordinator of the Food Innovation MA Program at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Part of the Advisory Committee and former President of Architecta, the Italian Society for Information Architecture, Vincenzo is co-founder of commonground Srl, a design studio that takes service and experience design into the field f social innovation and corporate coaching. Based in Bologna he manages Studio Oberground, a smart working space shared with other designers and innovators.
