Short Bio

Graduated with honors in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation in 2018 from the University for Foreigners of Siena, in 2022 he obtained a master's degree with honors in Language, Society, and Communication from the University of Bologna – Alma Mater Studiorum, where he also won the LANSCO Award for deserving students for two consecutive years.

His master's dissertation, whose results were later presented at the Europhras 2023 conference at the University of Milan (May 2023), focused on the contrastive study of phrasemes. On June 13, 2023, he was also awarded the Premio America Giovani (America Youth Award) for deserving young graduates of Italian universities at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome.

He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures: Diversity and Inclusion, where he focuses on the linguistic analysis of environmental themes, such as sustainability, resilience and climate crisis, from a contrastive perspective (German-English-Italian), according to the theoretical framework of ecolinguistics, and with a corpus-assisted approach.
