Tirocini curriculari per tesi in azienda - Internships for thesis preparation in companies
Internships may be arranged for master students (studenti di laurea magistrale) in Chemical Engineering that respond to requirements decided together with the industrial partner (i - skills; ii - language - good knowledge of Italian is often required; and iii - academic performance may be considered to preliminarily screen applications; limitations may be present for non-EU citizens due to specific regulations applying to the industrial partner). Exceptionally, opportunities may be present also for students in Offshore Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Energy Engineering.
Most opportunities are in Italy, but some opportunities are present abroad time to time.
In the past, internships at the premises of the following companies were arranged: BASF (Pontecchio Marconi); Lyondellbasell (Ferrara); Yara (Ferrara); Ineos (Rosignano Marittimo); Solvay Solexis (Spinetta Marengo); Herambiente (Bologna); NIER Engineering (Bologna); Direzione Regionale VVF Emilia Romagna (Bologna); Rina Consulting (Milano); Rosetti Marino (Ravenna); Saipem (Fano); Techfem (Fano); Cargill (Castelmassa); Aboca (Sansepolcro).
Most opportunities are for a long internship project (4 month) aimed at the preparation of the graduation thesis.
