- Fertility decisions: study of social determinants of fertility decisions, such as the influence exerted by peer networks, and perceptions of parenthood.
- Transition to adulthood: analysis of differences in the ages at which life events occur and in age-related norms (ideal ages or deadlines) among men and women and across different socioeconomic groups.
- Couple dynamics: study of the determinants and consequences of cohabitation and partnership trajectories.
In my research, I employ a variety of analytical methods: event history analysis, longitudinal and multilevel analysis. I have solid experience in the analysis of survey data and in the design and analysis of factorial survey experiments.
