BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Born in Pescara on 31 March 1999, he attended the G. D'Annunzio Classical High School, where he graduated in 2018. He graduated with honours (summa cum laude) from the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna) in 2023. He completed his dissertation in Administrative Law under the supervision of Professor Marco Dugato, entitled: "Italy of Tomorrow and the Pathways of the Ecological Transition: The New Challenges of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) between Governance and Implementation in a Law and Economics Perspective."
He previously served as President of the Board of Auditors (Collegio dei Probiviri) of ANEPC. Since 2024, he has been a PhD Candidate at the University of Bologna and, since 2023, has been a Legal Trainee and Research Assistant at Studio Legale Silvia Marzot.
