Born in Pescara on 31 March 1999, he attended the G. D’Annunzio Classical High School, from which he graduated in 2018. He earned his degree cum laude in 2023 from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, where he defended a thesis in Administrative Law under the supervision of Professor Marco Dugato, entitled “Italy of Tomorrow and the Pathways of Ecological Transition. The New Challenges of the PNRR between Governance and the Implementation Plan in an Economic-Legal Analysis.”
Former President of the Board of Arbitrators of ANEPC, he is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Bologna, a research assistant at Studio Legale Silvia Marzot, and a legal collaborator at the IRCCS Policlinico Sant’Orsola in Bologna.
