Valentina Pramaggiore

PhD in European Literatures (DESE) - Doctoral Curriculum in Women's and Gender Studies (EDGES) awarded at the University of Bologna, with a cotutelle agreement with the University of Granada, in 2020. In 2022 her PhD thesis, Women's Romantic Tragedy: Questioning English, Italian and Spanish Theatre and Drama from a Feminist Perspective, was awarded a Honourable Mention for a doctoral dissertation in the field of English Studies by the Italian Association for English Studies (AIA). Her current research topics are in the fields of English literature, women's and gender studies and disability studies. She took part in the program of excellence supported by the European Union "GEMMA - European Master's Degree in Women's and Gender Studies" at the University of Bologna and the University of Hull. She was appointed the title of Expert in English Literature for the BA course in Foreign Languages and Literatures and for the MA course in Modern, Comparative and Postcolonial Literatures at the University of Bologna.
