He was born in Soverato (CZ), on 2nd, April 1942.
He is Full Professor of Civil Law, at the Faculty of Law of
University of Bologna. He is also Full Professor of Communication
Law at the same Faculty.
From 1980 to 1984, he was "Professore Straordinario".
From 1986 to 1991, he taught at the Luiss University of
Rome.
From 1976 to 1979, he was Professor of Private Law Institutions,
at the University of Perugia; in 1973, he was Professor at the
University of Calabria; in 1970, he was assistant at the "La
Sapienza" University - Rome.
He is a lawyer and holds a Law Firm with seats in Bologna, Rome
and Milan; he has been Chairman or Member in the board of directors
of top-level companies.
He is a free lance journalist.
He is author of several essays, articles and monographs about
economic and business law, consumer law, competition and avertising
law, mass media law, industrial law, banking and finance law,
health law, public law. He was Chief Director of
"Responsabilità, Comunicazione, Impresa", edited by Giuffrè,
from 1996.
