PhD Candidate in Public Governance, Management and Policy at the Department of Management, University of Bologna, and collaborator at IRCCS Sant'Orsola University Hospital since 2024. His research focuses on the adoption and implementation of technological innovations in healthcare organizations, with particular attention to robotic surgery, operating room management, and the organizational changes associated with the introduction of new technologies.
Drawing on a Public Management perspective, he examines the integration of innovations into healthcare systems by considering clinical, organizational, economic, and managerial dimensions. He adopts an interdisciplinary and participatory approach involving healthcare professionals, managers, clinical engineers, and other stakeholders to understand how innovations can create value for patients and healthcare organizations.
He serves as the representative of the Public Governance, Management and Policy PhD programme and of PhD candidates on the Department Council of the Department of Management, University of Bologna.
