Toloue Miandar is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management of University of Bologna and faculty member at Bologna Business School (BBS) Center for Sustainability and Climate Change where she is teaching Sustainability-Oriented Innovation, Business Ethics and Sustainability. She is serving as Co-Chair of Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Chapter Italy.
Prior to this position she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics and Management of University of Padua and at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management. She received the PhD degree of Economic Sociology, Organization and Labor Studies from University of Milan. Prior to starting her academic career, she had years of industry work experience.
Her field of research is; Organizational Behavior, Corporate Social Responsibility/ Corporate Sustainability, Responsible Management and Sustainable Value Chains. She has presented her research work in different international conferences and workshops such as AOM, EGOS and EURAM. She has published in academic journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics and IJOPM.
