Toloue Miandar is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management of University of Bologna and faculty member at BBS Center for Sustainability and Climate Change where she is teaching Sustainability-Oriented Innovation, Business Ethics and Sustainability. Prior to this position she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics and Management of University of Padua and at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management. She received the PhD degree of Economic Sociology and Labor Studies from University of Milan. Prior to starting her academic career, she had years of industry work experience.
Her field of research is; Organizational Behavior, Corporate Social Responsibility/ Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Development and Supply Chain Sustainability. She has presented her research work in different international conferences and workshops such as AOM, EGOS and IPSERA. She has published in academic journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics.
