Graduated from both the University of Bologna and the Politecnico di Milano, he is a PhD student in the 41st cycle at the University of Bologna.
Themes such as tropical modernist architecture, rural architecture, and urban regeneration guide his research, which focuses on architectural and urban composition, addressing the relationships and contradictions between "tradition" and "creation”, "continuity" and "experimentation" in the modern and contemporary cultural contexts.
He has worked in architectural firms both abroad (Ensamble Studio, Madrid and Boston) and in Italy (Cino Zucchi Architetti, Milan), contributing to both urban and architectural projects (Cloud Visitor Centre in South Korea, Bergamo Station, the Diocesan Museum in Milan, masterplans for Bergamo Porta Sud and Padova Parco Antenore). He has also participated in international competitions (MET New York, Ensamble Studio) and national ones, including the design of IULM–8 in Milan, won by Cino Zucchi Architetti.
