She is currently a researcher at the Department of Sociology and Economic Law at the University of Bologna (2023). She has previous training (degree and master's degree) in the area of Sociology and Anthropology. PhD in Analysis of Social and Economic Processes from the University of Milan-Bicocca.
From 2019 to 2022 she worked on the longitudinal study "ITA.LI - Italian Lives:Indagine sui corsi di vita in Italia" which investigated the condition of young people in the current Italian context.
Over the last four years she has developed her research in the area of young people, migration, racism and the life course. Research interests include: migration, racial issues, intersectional perspectives on migration; life course analysis.
