Scientific activity
- Molecular studies: investigation of the molecular topographic functional localization of lipid-dependent signal transduction pathways in rare diseases in the hematologic (Myelodysplastic Syndromes), gastrointestinal (MNGIE/CIPO), neuroscientific (Glioblastoma and ADLD) and cardiovascular (Cardiac amyloidosis and cardiac toxicity) fields.
- Anatomical studies: identification and analysis of anatomical variants of clinical and surgical interest; investigation of the anterior and middle skull base with a 3D endoscope, Augmented Reality as a new anatomical-clinical training tool, study of new minimally invasive surgical technologies and robotics, Graphic-medicine in human anatomy teaching and investigation of other innovative medical training methods.
