Research fellow at the University of Bologna since 2024, he carries out his research in the plant pathology. The research interests are focused in particular on the greenhouse test and in the field of different formulations against different fungal pathogens. He is currently focusing his research on the subject of point evaluation and the subsequent development of defence strategies in which, together with the latest synthetic products, products of natural origin of proven reliability are included. The pathogens that are taken into account are: Stemphylium vesicarium on pear, Venturia inaequalis on apple, Plasmopara viticola on grapevine, Phytophthora infestans on potato and tomato, Podosphaera xanthii on zucchini, Pseudoperonospora cubensis on melon.
