PhD candidate in Cultural and Environmental Heritage, XXXVIII cycle, with a background in evolutionary biology and a strong interest in the study of human teeth, particularly in the microstructural aspects of dental tissues to understand growth patterns. His research project focuses on the histomorphometric analysis of dental cementum from modern individuals with known age and medical history, as well as from archaeological populations, with the aim of developing a new high-precision methodology for estimating age-at-death in adults and identifying markers related to female reproductive history.
