Stefano Ciaffoni

PhD student at the University of Bologna since 2020, I conduct my research in the area of social psychology. Specifically, my research interests covers intra-group and inter-groups dynamics in the domain of disadvantaged groups, with particular interest in sexual minorities. At the moment, I am conducting research on gender equality and factors that can promote its support in women.
