Stefania Rossi

Headteacher with over twenty years’ experience, holding institutional roles and leading national, European and international projects (PON-FSE, Erasmus+, PNRR).
Main roles and responsibilities:

• member of research groups and scientific teams for the design of professional development for teachers and school leaders;
• director of training programmes;
  
• for five years, tutor for Initial Teacher Education placements in the Primary Education degree (UniBO) and involved in the co-design and organisation of in-service training, including “School and University in Dialogue”;
• speaker at national and international seminars and conferences;
• author and co-author of publications in educational sciences;
• for five years, co-lecturer and classroom tutor in the Pedagogical Module of the second-level Master’s in Educational Leadership (FAM–UniBO).
• PhD candidate in Pedagogical Sciences (Didactics and Special Education), researching the educational role of school leaders in learning contexts.
