Simone Caroli

Simone Caroli holds a Master’s degree in Law and a PhD in Human Capital & Labor Relations from the ADAPT International School of Higher Education (University of Bergamo), where his research focused on labor law, apprenticeship frameworks, and human resource management policies. Alongside his professional work, he is actively involved in academic teaching and executive education, delivering courses in HR Management, Learning & Development, and People Management at the University of Bologna and in various specialized master’s programs.

With extensive experience in multinational and manufacturing environments, his professional activity centers on human resource management, organizational development, and industrial relations. Over the years, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in global companies across the industrial, technology, and automotive sectors, contributing to transformation initiatives, people development, and engagement with international stakeholders.
