Simona Maria Pagano

Simona Maria Pagano is a PhD candidate in Arts, History, Society at the University of Bologna (supervisor: Prof. Francesco Spampinato). She has worked as a moderator for the UNA Europa Virtual Exchange (UnaVEx) and will be tutor for the upcoming Summer School Climate Change: Artistic Interventions and Alternative Futures. She previously earned her degree in Arts, Museology and Curatorship at the University of Bologna with a thesis developed in collaboration with the University of Helsinki, titled Art, Sovereignty and Climate Justice: The Indigenous Responses by Sámi Artists, focused on Indigenous artistic practices and sustainability.
