Research activity is concentrated on the theme of planning,
programming and project evaluation with particular regard to the
contribution which evaluation can bring to the fulfilment of
complex town transformation interventions. Such a theme has been
addressed, both in terms of its theoretical and methodological
profile, with reference to evaluation of a financial economic
nature and multicriteria evaluation, in particular, in the context
of feasibility studies preliminary to the formation of
public-private partnership types, both of a contractual (project
finance) and institutional (town transformation companies)
nature.
