In 1987 I started my activity at The University of Bologna as a graduate technician in the Department of Statistical Sciences. In 1990 I became Researcher of Economic Statistics, then Associate Professor in 1998 and Full Professor in 2002. For more than 20 years I have been permanently engaged in the Campus of Rimini, where I held the roles of Coordinator of Degree Course (for a three-year period) and Vice President of the School of Economics, Management and Statistics (for a four-year period), before achieving the Presidence of the Campus in 2016.
My teaching activity is currently dedicated to Market Analysis in the Degree Courses in "Finance, Insurance and Enterprise" and in "Tourism Economics" (at Rimini) and in "Statistical Sciences" (at Bologna). As a researcher, my prevalent interests are oriented to the areas of Business Statistics and Market Research Analysis.
