Serena Scala

PhD student (41st cycle) in Earth, Life, and Environmental Sciences (STVA) at Laboratory of Animal and Environmental Physiology of the Department of Biological, Geological, and Environmental Sciences-BiGeA in Ravenna. My doctoral project is entitled "Neuroendocrine Alterations in Mussels Mytilus galloprovincialis exposed to Emerging Contaminants in Coastal Marine Environments". The research focuses on the study and evaluation of  negative impacts of plastic additives and pharmaceuticals in the marine environment.
