My latest article focusess on "The impact of board diversity and sustainability engagement on bank performance, published in THE JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE. This study examines how diversity—across gender, age, nationality, and educational background—shapes decision-making quality, sustainability strategies, and organizational performance.

My latest research project focuses on "A Multidimensional Model for the Transition of SMEs to the Circular Economy”, It was realiized under the call PRIN 2022 financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU – Mission 4 “Education and Research” component C2 – investment 1.1.. The main publications related to the project are two conference proceedings and two book chapters
