My main research areas are:

Circular Economy
ESG Reporting
Diversity and Inclusion

My work examines how diversity—across gender, age, nationality, and educational background—shapes decision-making quality, sustainability strategies, and organizational performance. I focus particularly on the role of gender-diverse boards in strengthening governance and ESG outcomes. I also study how non-financial reporting supports strategic decisions and communicates social impacts. My analyses cover a wide range of organizations, including banks, benefit corporations, and impact investment funds.
